Art workshop for adults and seniors / integration and intergenerational programme: Photo Album / for the Bruce Weber: My Education exhibition

The source of inspiration for this series of art workshops will be the work of American photographer and artist Bruce Weber, focusing primarily on the medium of photography. The Photo Album art workshop will be based on the technological aspects of your own photographic collection. The creative work will result in a book, providing participants with a space for their personal collection of photographs and the creation of a kind of record of their life moments. For this purpose, participants are encouraged to bring their own photographs with them. During the Studio Portrait Photography art workshop, participants will learn about studio photography with a focus on portraiture. When taking the photos, we will work with studio lighting and the possibilities and effects of composition. Working as a group, everyone will have the opportunity to try out the role of both the photographed subject and the photographer.

 

This programme is designed not only for adults and seniors, but also for their children and grandchildren as part of an intergenerational encounter. The workshops are also open to foreign visitors.
