Art workshop for adults and seniors / integration and intergenerational programme: Silkscreen Print / to the The Palace of (Leisure) Time exhibition

Our artistic responses will focus on the concept of an exhibition that reflects on the ways we spend our leisure time. A series of art workshops will include handicraft, sensory and haptic experiences, and creative collaboration with experts and regular workshop participants.

The workshop series, called Silkscreen Print, will introduce participants to a traditional printmaking technique that allows for the creation of original prints on paper and textiles. Throughout the workshop, we will familiarise ourselves with the principles of this method and learn how to work with stencils and colours. Each participant will create their own template, which they will then transfer to the printing surface. The art programme will be held in cooperation with Iva Grundová.

 

This programme is designed not only for adults and seniors, but also for their children and grandchildren as part of an intergenerational encounter. The workshops are also open to foreign visitors.
