Economic Department

The gallery’s economic department manages the organization’s financial resources, determines the principles of financial, economic and tax policy, prepares sub-budgets and monitors compliance with them. The management of the department is also responsible for the accuracy of accounting and reporting in compliance with applicable regulations, for the error-free reporting of assets and their depreciation, and for the preparation of financial management analyses, which it evaluates before proposing possible solutions.

Our mission is to set up and monitor the balanced financial management of the GHMP, to ensure the smooth circulation of accounting documents, and to properly prepare financial statements.

The HR Department participates in the gallery’s staffing, takes care of the needs of our employees, monitors compliance with occupational safety conditions and provides necessary training, including medical examinations. An integral part of the department’s tasks is the payroll accountant’s agenda.
