Alice Lenská, DiS. has been an assistant in GHMP’s Education Department since 2018. Her agenda includes administrative activities related to the operation of the department, communicating with all types of schools across the Czech Republic and other target groups, processing orders for educational programmes, and working with a team of both permanent and part-time external tutors. She is also involved in ensuring the implementation of large and important projects of the Education Department, such as expert conferences and seminars, research and educational grant projects, and meetings of experts and associations of which GHMP is a member. She also provides administrative support for the special library, reading and study room, which is an important part of the department, and she oversees annual book inventories. She has valuable experience based on her extensive cooperation with UNHCR, UNICEF (UN), the Department of National Minorities and Foreigners of the Department of Culture of the Prague Municipal Office and other organisations dealing with the integration of foreigners – especially in providing extensive administrative assistance related to the financial support of education within the integration of foreigners. From 2006 to 2018, she worked as the Office Manager of the PR Department (Department of Communication, Events and Publishing); she joined GHMP immediately after graduating from a Post-secondary Vocational School in 2006. She studied at a business academy (1999–2002) and then at the Post-secondary Vocational School of Information Services; her subjects were Information Management and Museum and Gallery Services (2002–2006).
